Our computer hardware, software, networking and maintenance services offer a comprehensive I.T. management solution for your business.  Our team of technicians including a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer are just a phone call away to assist you with your computer and network queries.

We understand that small businesses cannot usually carry the cost of a professional I.T. staff member or may not be larger enough to do so and our services are designed to take the place of your own I.T. Department and make that service appear as seamless as possible as an outside contracted service.

We use the latest technology to assist you remotely and it appears to you as though we are sitting in front of your computer assisting with a problem. We also have our own designed Helpdesk software system to keep track of your current active jobs, report back to you by email of their progress and maintain a full history of work completed.

Only quality computer hardware is recommended to our clients as we want to ensure that your computer systems are as reliable as possible. Most of our computer workstations are built by us with the best components currently available and they are warranted and repaired by our own technicians.

Our maintenance services provide the flexibility of both a casual agreement or the choice of three fixed price plans.

Casual Maintenance

There are no conditions relating to a casual agreement and for all work undertaken through our Helpdesk or with an on-site visit, our standard hourly rate and travel allowance applies.

Maintenance Plan

The advantages of a Maintenance plan with us means, you have the peace of mind of being a preferred customer which gives you priority status. All hardware and software are at fixed rates over and above our buy price, guaranteed response times and a fixed price package for included services.
