Samurai provide a service where we design and print staff identity cards, however the cards can be designed and printed for any application your business may have.

The cards are credit card size and are printed through a process that makes the card very durable and long lasting. The service that we provide is ongoing where the design of your card is stored on our system and employee information is emailed to us and the new cards are then printed using your artwork and the printed cards are mailed back to you via Express Post.

The initial process would involve a discussion on the design and layout of the card and then preparation of the artwork would be completed by our staff which would then be used as an ongoing template. You have any number of choices with printing of the card from colour or monochrome printing to one side or both sides of the card and also a combination of colour one side/monochrome the other.

An example of two sided printing would be employee identification on one side and information such as Occupational Health and Safety information on the other.

Your cards can be supplied with a range of attachment options including lanyards, clips, flexible card holders, clothing magnets or retractable reels.




Using the Cards with Payroll Systems

The identification cards can be printed with a bar code to represent an employee code used in a payroll system. A number of different bar code formats can be printed. Please check with us on your requirements.

Our services include a Timekeeping option that is designed around the TriMicro Payroll and Roster program. The card can be swiped through a Time and Attendance terminal to store start and finish times and thus eliminate the need for manual timesheets.
