What we do

Many small businesses utilize an existing staff member to look after the network and computers in the business. Usually these staff members have other full-time roles; they may also be away at the time of a problem or are just too busy to have time to look at a problem quickly.

At Samurai we understand that a small business cannot always afford to employ a full-time Information Technology specialist and our role is to fill that gap and provide professional network and computer services for your business at a fraction of the cost.

Our team of Computer and Network Technicians including a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer are ready to help and this can be done either with an on-site visit or via our Helpdesk.

Our Helpdesk utilizes tools to enable us to remotely assist you for quick resolution of problems which do not require an on-site visit and we use a Job Tracking system that keeps you informed every step of the way on how your job/s are progressing.


Our History

Samurai Consulting have been providing Information Technology services since 2001 to a wide range of businesses throughout the Melbourne Metropolitan area and also country Victoria. In 2003 another Information Technology business was merged with Samurai that specialized in Aged Care software bringing 20 years of Aged Care experience to the company.

Today, we look after businesses from as little as a few workstations up to networks of over 100 workstations and provide a number of services that enable us to be a one-stop shop for all of your computer requirements.
